NFL, a MINI RATNA and premier Fertilizer Company engaged in manufacturing and marketing of fertilizers and other agricultural inputs, is looking for dynamic & result oriented candidates for manning the following position:
MANAGEMENT TRAINEES in disciplines of Chemical; Mechanical; Electrical; Instrumentation & Materials.
QUALIFICATION:
Full time regular Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technology (AMIE - for Departmental candidates) with not less than 60% marks (50% for SC,ST), taking average of all the Semesters/Years, irrespective of the weight-age given to any particular semester/year by the Institute/University.
A candidate with the prescribed degree identified for the discipline (as given below) can only apply for the post of MTs in the respective disciplines:

SELECTION PROCESS:
Eligible candidates will have to appear for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE)- 2014. Based on the GATE-2014 MARKS, candidates will be short listed for Personal Interview.
Registration fee :
General/OBC category are required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 500/-. The SC / ST / PWD category and Departmental candidates need not pay the registration fee.

For detailed information on GATE-2014, interested candidates may log on to gate.iitkgp.ac.in/gate2014 or websites of other IIT's and Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore.
Candidates need to apply Online for GATE-2014 as per the information provided on the websites.They should wait for the admit card to get the GATE registration number.
The candidates will receive their GATE-2014 Registration Number printed on their admit card. On receipt of GATE registration number, the candidates need to apply On- line for NFL MT-2014 on the website www.nationalfertilizers.com from December------to December-------, 2013.(exact dates will be notified later on)

On-line registration for GATE-2014 examination :
- GATE-2014 will be on-line examination and will take place on Saturdays and Sundays during 1st February to 2nd March, 2014. For detailed information on GATE-2014, interested candidates may log on to http://www.iitkgp.ac.in/gate2014 or on the websites of IITs (Bombay, Delhi, Guwahati, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Madras and Roorkee) Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore.
- Candidates need to apply/ register ONLINE for GATE-2014 using GATE Online Application Processing System (GOAPS)
- GATE-2014 admit cards containing GATE-2014 registration number will be available for printing from GOAPs website from 18th December, 2013
On-line application in IndianOil :
- On downloading the GATE-2014 admit card and receipt of GATE-2014 registration number, the candidates may apply to IndianOil ONLINE. The relevant link will be made available from 18th December, 2013 on the IndianOil’s website www.iocl.com
- Candidates should click on the ONLINE application link, read the instructions carefully and fill-in the ONLINE application form giving accurate information including the GATE-2014 registration number.
- Upon completion, the candidate should submit the online application by clicking the Submit button at the bottom of the page. If the same is accepted, the system will generate a unique application ID along with the completed application form.
- Candidate should take a print out of completed application, affix his/her recent passport size photograph, put his/ her signature at the space provided and keep with him/ her safely for future reference.
- This print out of application should be kept in safe custody of the candidate. Candidates must not send this printout to any office of IndianOil.
- The passport size photograph affixed by the candidate should be the same submitted along with GATE-2014 application form and admit card. If the candidate is called for GD/GT and interview, his/ her identity would be verified with GATE-2014 admit card and GATE-2014 official score card.
