OPSC invites applications for Recruitment to the posts of Lecturers (281 posts) in different disciplines in (Group-A) of Odisha Education Service (College Branch) under Department of Higher Education.

Educational qualifications : 
candidate should possess a Master’s Degree in the concerned subject from a recognized University with at least 55% of marks or its equivalent grade with a 2nd  Class in the Bachelor’s Degree.
NET shall remain the compulsory requirement for appointment as Lecturer for those with post-graduate degree, but the candidates having Ph.D. Degree in accordance with the provisions of the University Grant Commission (Minimum Standards and Procedure for award of Ph.D. Degree) Regulations,  2009  on  the  concerned  subjects  shall  be  exempted  from  the  requirement  of  the minimum eligibility conditions of NET/SLET/SET.
Mode of selection : short listed candidates on the basis of career assessment called for Interview

 OPSC http://opsconline.gov.in
Candidates are required to send the Printout/Hard copy of the Online Application Form duly signed under the declaration along with OPSC copy of Fee deposit Challan (wherever applicable) and requisite certificates & documents etc. by Registered Post/ Speed Post/ Courier Service to the Special Secretary, Odisha Public Service Commission, 19, Dr. P.K. Parija Road, Cuttack-753001.
