Utkal Grameen Bank invites applications from Indian citizens, for the post of Officer in Middle Management Grade (Scale-II), Officer in Junior Management (Scale-I) Cadre and Office Assistant (Multipurpose) from Indian citizens who have appeared at  the Common Written Examination for RRBs conducted by IBPS in September 2012 and declared qualified.

 1.  General Banking  ( Officer Officer Scale-II) :  24 posts

Educational qualifications : Degree in any discipline from a recognized  University or its equivalent with a minimum of  50% marks in aggregate.

Experience : Two years as an officer  in a Bank or Financial Institution.

2. Treasury Manager  ( Officer Scale-II)  : 2  posts

Educational qualifications : Candidate should be a Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance from a reputed Institute.

 Experience:  One Year

3. (Agricultural Officer) Officer Scale-II  : 14 posts

Educational qualifications : Degree from a recognized University in any discipline in Agriculture, Horticulture, Dairy, Animal Husbandry, Forestry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, or its equivalent, with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.

Experience : Two Years

4.      Officer Scale-I   :   68 posts

Educational qualifications : i) Bachelor Degree of a recognized University in any discipline or its  equivalent. (Preference will be given to the candidates having degree in Agriculture, Horticulture,

Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management.)

ii)Proficiency in local language

iii) Computer knowledge or awareness will  be an added qualification.

5. Office Assistant (Multipurpose)  :   174 posts

  Educational qualifications : Office Assistant  (Multipurpose) : (i) Bachelor Degree or its equivalent of a  recognized University in any discipline.

 (ii) (a) Essential: Proficiency in local  language

(b) Desirable : Knowledge of  Computer skills.

Manager/Vigilance	01	Working on analogous posts or a Group ‘B’ Gazetted Officer working on regular posts in the substantive grade Rs.9300-34800/- (RP) with GP of Rs.4800/5400 or Rs.15600-39100 with GP Rs.6,600/- from any wing of Indian Railways having experience in Vigilance. working with minimum 3 years of working experience in field and also in office.
Senior Executive Officer	01	An   official   from   Engineering /  Traffic   / Commercial / Personnel / RBSS stream of Indian Railways  working in  a  grade not  lower  than Rs.9300-34800 with grade pay Rs. 4200.
Accounts Officer	02	An officer working on analogous post or working on regular basis in a grade not lower than Rs. 9300-34800 with GP  of Rs.  4800/- (revised) of Accounts Department of Indian Railways.
Assistant Manager/ Projects	03	A Central Govt. / State Govt. / Indian Railways / PSUs  of Central Govt. & State Govt. / PSEs  / Statutory Authority’s employee working in the analogous  post or in a grade not lower than Rs.9300-34800  with  GP  Rs.  4600 (revised) on regular basis.

Accounts Assistant	01	Working on analogous post or in a grade not lower than revised grade Rs. 9300-34800  with GP of Rs. 4200/-  with four years of regular service in Accounts Department of  Indian Railways  and have working knowledge of computers.
Private Secretary	02	Working on analogous post or an employee of Central Government /  State  Govt.  /  Indian Railways / PSUs of Central Govt. & State Govt. / PSEs            /     Statutory    Authorities    working   in stenographic  cadre on regular posts and in a grade not  lower  than Rs.  9300 –  34800 GP Rs.4200/-. Essential:        Employees   should    be     from stenographic cadre  and  have  proficiency in typing, shorthand and knowledge of computers.
Personal Assistant	04	Working on analogous post or an employee of Central Govt. / State Govt. / Indian Railways / PSUs  of Central Govt. & State Govt. / PSEs  / Statutory Authority working in stenographic cadre on regular posts and in a grade not lower than Rs. 5200-20200 GP Rs. 2400/-. Essential:        Employees   should    be     from stenographic cadre  and  have  proficiency in typing, shorthand and knowledge of computers.
Draughtsman	01	A Central Govt. / State Govt. / Indian Railways / PSUs  of Central Govt. & State Govt. / PSEs  / Statutory Authority’s employee working on regular basis in a grade not lower than Rs.5200- 20200 with GP Rs. 2,800. Essential:   Employees should be  drawn  from Engineering Cadre. Diploma  in Civil Architecture Engg., knowledge  of computers and application of Auto Cad.
LDC	01	A Central Government / State Government / Indian Railways / PSUs of Central Govt. & State Govt. / PSEs  / Statutory Authorities employee working on  analogous post  or  an  employee working for 3 years on regular basis in a grade not lower than Rs.5200-20200 GP Rs.1800/-. Essential: Employees should  have proficiency in typing @35 w.p.m and knowledge of computers.
