Assistant Professor : Ph.D., with three or more years of teaching/research/professional experience excluding the experience gained while pursuing PhD. 
contract basis: Candidates   who   do   not fulfill   the   minimum  experience requirement may be offered appointment on a contract basis for a period not exceeding three years, depending upon the academic credential. Such offers may be regularized after a peer review.
