SCALE OF PAY:   7200-400/3-8400-500/3-9900-600/4-12300-700/7-17200-1300/1-18500-800/1-19300 (20 years). (All subject to Revision)
EMOLUMENTS:- Rs.13763/- inclusive of DA & HRA at the current rates depending on the place of posting ; Medical Aid, LTC, Gratuity, etc. will be admissible as per Rules of the Bank.
PROBATION PERIOD: 1 Year .

1)  Law  officers : -post
Pay scale of Rs.19400-700/1-20100-800/10-28100 (Gross Salary arounRs.39,210 /-  plus perks)
Qualification :  Having  passed  3/5  years  professional  degree  in  Law  with minimum of 55% marks from recognized University/Institute.
Experience: 3 years Experience in the Law department of a Bank/Financial Institution would be given preference.
2)   Risk Managemen Officers :  2   posts
Pay scale of Rs. 19400-700/1-20100-800/10-28100 (Gross Salary around
Rs. 39,210/- plus perks).
Educational Qualification: Th candidate   should   be   Graduate/   Post   graduate   with minimum of 60% marks from recognized University/Institute.
Qualification- The candidate should have Masters Degree in Business Administration//Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with specialization in Risk Management/Finance from a recognized University.
Experience- Candidate having experience of -3- years in the related field will be given preference.
3)  Marketing Officers :  5 posts
Pay  scale  of  Rs.  14500-600/7-18700-700/2-20100-800/7-25700 (Gross

Age- max. 28 years
Educational  Qualification Th candidate   should   be   Graduate/   Post   graduate   with minimum of 60% marks from recognized University/Institute.

Experience :3 years in the related field will be given preference.
5) Executive (Information Technology) on Contract : 1 post
contract Period : 2 years
Consolidated Monthly Payment- Rs. 65,000/-
Qualification Graduate/Post   Graduate   Degree   wit 60%   marks   from   a   recognized university.
Professional  Qualification-  B.E./B.Tech.  (IT / Computer  Science/  Electronics)/  M.C.A./ B.C.A./  Courses  from  DEOACC.
Age :  below 65 years.
Experience : Shoulhave 10 yearin IT
6) Executive (HR & IR) on Contract :  1 post
Consolidated Monthly Payment- Rs. 65,000/-
Qualification- Graduate/Post Graduate Degree with 60% marks in any discipline from a recognized university.
Professional Qualification- Masters Degree in Business Management/ Administration with specialization in Human Resource/PGDPM. Additional degree in Law will be given preference.
Age :  Not more than 65 years
Experience: minimum 25 years experience in HR or IR & or Vigilance & or Staff Administration.
