Full time Degree in Law from a recognized University/Institute and Minimum 5 years experience as a practicing Lawyer in Civil matters representing his clients in at  least  3 cases  in  every  year  or 5 years’ experience   as  a  Law  Officer  in Central Government/State  Government/Central  Government  PSU/State  Government  PSU
5. Medical Officer : 2 posts ( OBC-1, UR-1)
Qualifications : M.B.B.S. (Registered and completed the prescribed House Surgery) (either completed the Internship in 1962 or undergone Internment and a compulsory Surgency for a period of one year. Rotary House Surgency for one year).
Experience : 3 years experience in any organized Medical Institution, preferably in a labour Organization.
Experience as House Surgeon/ Resident  Doctor while pursuing MD Course would reckon as experience provided it is acquired after completing Internship.

MODE OF SELECTION : A screening Test to shortlist the candidates in the ratio of 1:3 for each post. 
 The second step will be based on the following procedure for a total of 100 Marks:
a)  70% of marks for the percentage obtained in the qualifying examination.
b)  15% of marks for contract employees working in A.P.I.M.S.
Department.
i) @ 10 Marks per year in Rural Area. ii) @ 5 Marks per year in Urban Area.
iii) Minimum service will be counted if required for 6 months  period i.e., 5 marks for rural areas and 2 1/2 marks for Urban areas. 
In case, the experience is less than 6 months, no marks will be awarded to experience.
iv) No weightage may be given for the service rendered for
less than 6 months.
c) 15% of marks for experience i.e., years from the date of passing the qualifying examination.  3 marks for each year up to a maximum of 15 marks.
d) There will be no interview.

CIVIL SERVICES (PRELIMINARY) EXAMINATION, 2013 RESULTS

On the basis of the result of the Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination, 2013 held on 26.05.2013, the candidates with the below Roll Numbers have qualified for admission to the Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2013.
All the qualified candidates are advised to fill up the DAF (CSM) and submit the same ONLINE for admission to the Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2013 to be held from 1st December 2013. The DAF (CSM) will be available on the website of the Commission www.upsc.gov.in  from 20th August, 2013 till 11.59 PM on 10th  September 2013. 


After submitting the DAF (CSM) duly filled in ONLINE, the candidates are required to take out a print out of the finally submitted DAF (CSMseparately and will have to send the printed copy of the DAF (CSM) duly signed by the candidates along with all relevant documents including the prescribed fees addressed to the Under Secretary [CS(M)],  Union Public Service Commission, Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi-110069.
