RECRUITMENT OF STAFF FOR HOSPITAL NURSING SERVICES ON CONTRACTUAL BASIS.
1. Deputy Nursing Superintendent : 6 posts (UR-3,OBC-1,SC-1,ST-1)
Qualification: BSc Nursing (registered in state Nursing Council)
Desirable Qualification : MSc Nursing (Registered in state Nursing Council)
Experience : 5 years experience as Assistant Nursing Superintendent or 10 years experience as Nursing Sister (Staff Grade -I) In case of MSc candidate 3 years experience as Assistant Nursing Superintendent or 8 years experience as Nursing Sister (Staff Grade –I)
Consolidated salary : Rs. 41500/-.
2. Assistant Nursing Superintendent : 20 posts (UR-10.OBC-5,SC-3,ST-2)
Qualification : BSc Nursing (registered in state Nursing Council)
Desirable : MSc Nursing (registered in state Nursing Council)
experience : 5 years’ experience as Nursing Sister (Grade I staff nurse)
Consolidated salary : Rs.40000
3. Staff Nurse Grade - I (Nursing Sister): 50 posts (UR-25,OBC-14,SC-8,ST-4)
BSc Nursing (registered in state Nursing Council)
experience : 3 years’ experience as Grade II staff nurse
Consolidated salary : Rs.30000/-
4. Staff Nurse Grade - II (Sister Grade - II):300 posts (UR-151,OBC-81,SC-45,ST-23
Qualification : BSc Nursing
experience: 1 year experience in 100 bedded hospital
Consolidated salary : Rs.27000/-
5. Nurse Attendant (Nursing Orderly): 20 posts ( UR-10,OBC-5,SC-3,ST-2)
Qualification: 10th Pass from a recognized School/Board
Desirable: Paramedical Qualification
Consolidated salary : Rs.14000/-
