RECRUITMENT OF STAFF ON CONTRACT - IIIT BHUBANESWAR
IIIT Bhubaneswar invites  employees  on contract jobs for academic  administration and  lab supervision.
Duration :  six months  and extended further depending on performance
posts and qualifications: 

Associate Academic Administrator: One post	Minimum Qualification: Post Graduate degree from a recognized university. . Skills : i)  Expert knowledge on academic administration including admission, examinations, results, scholarship, attendance, feedback, etc. ii) Should  have  thorough  practical   knowledge   in  computer  based academic  administration system  and conversant  MS-office. Experience : Post qualification experience of ten years is essential.
Junior Academic Administrator:  One post	Minimum Qualification: Degree from a recognized university. Skills : i.   Working       knowledge      on      academic      administration         including admission, examinations, results, scholarship, attendance, feedback, etc. ii should have minimum typing speed of 30 wpm in english. And MS-office Experience : Post qualification experience is desirable.
Assistant Lab. Demonstrator (Computer Science): Four posts	Minimum Qualification: Diploma  in  relevant discipline  from appropriate Government  recognized  body  / MCA  from  a recognized university. Skills : i.    Must  have  good  knowledge  on  computer networking,  computer organization and hardware trouble shooting ii.   Should be capable of assisting lab classes for B.Tech students. Experience : Post qualification experience of two years is essential.
Junior Lab. Demonstrator (ETC/EEE): One post	Minimum   Qualification:   Diploma    in    relevant   discipline    from appropriate Government  recognized  body. Skills : Should  have  good  knowledge  on  relevant lab  equipments and  their application  to conduct experiments. Experience : Post qualification experience is desirable.

Mode of Selection : Shortlisted  candidates shall attend a Written  Test / Practical  Test scheduled on 19th  June  2013 at 12:00 AM in IIIT Bhubaneswar Office at Gothapatna,  Bhubaneswar   along with original and a set of duplicate  education and experience testaments. The registration for Written  Test  / Practical  Test is from  09.00  AM to 11.00  Noon on 19.06.2013.  Candidates  arriving  after  11.00  AM on 19.06.2013 for the Written Test shall not be entertained.
how to apply : Interested eligible candidates are requested to apply online in the prescribed format. Sealed envelope  super scribed “Application for (Name of the Position)  on Contract” containing  a printout of the online filled in application  along with photocopies of testimonials, a recent  passport size photograph and a pay order  / demand  draft of `500/- in favour of “IIIT Bhubaneswar” and payable at Bhubaneswar  should reach to IIIT Bhubaneswar Office at Gothapatna,  Bhubaneswar on or before 05:00 p.m. of 14th June 2013.
